your Fax number to enable me sending you information that I only have in hard copy, such
as a sample application form with the information correctly filled in.

If you live in the USA you will need to be at least 21 years of age to
become a Herbalife distributor.
Here is what you need to do if you want to become a Herbalife
Independent Distributor.
You need to buy the International Business Pack, retail price in the US $79.95 + about
$10.- shipping and handling (prices vary somewhat between countries due to variations in
custom duties and sales taxes).
When you receive the International Business Pack you need to fill out the Application for
International Distributorship and Mail the copies to Herbalife and myself as specified on
the bottom of the form. (Ask me for help if necessary.)
After these formalities have been complied with you are a full fledged Herbalife
Independent Distributor and will be able to by as much or little of the products as you
want, for resale at a 25% profit (you can increase your profit to up to 42-50%, depending
on the volume of your product orders).
US residents:
To buy the International Business Pack you need to call The Herbalife Order
Department at this number:
310-216-7770 you will here an automated answering service and should follow the directions
to reach the ordering department.
Residents of other countries can find the Herbalife Offices
closest to them by clicking here.
The ordering department will need the following information from you:
Your name, address, credit card information, social security number, phone number, address where you want
your shipment sent if not your home address. (Someone needs to be there when the shipment
arrives, so you might need to have it sent to a friend or a relative).
